Meet The Chef — Janine Taylor is based in Tampa, Florida. She was born in Bridgeton, NJ. Her passion for soul food and impacting her community inspired her to start her own Food Truck. Catch her truck touring from city to city right here in the Central Florida area. After many years of working in the medical field, she became a self-starter by founding her first “From The Soul To The Sea” Food Truck. She was ready to work for herself and start her own business in an area she loves!— cooking! In twelve months, she fully renovated her truck during the pandemic of 2020, and began serving the Tampa area ever since!
